Wow no words, Elicia, what a thoroughly tragic situation to find yourself in. That must have been so difficult, and kudos to you for sticking around and helping him, at least for as long as he would allow you.

You're right as well, there is no more powerful weapon than love, and when it's weaponised against us, wealth, strength, age, intelligence, none of it can protect us. That's why it's so horrific that there are people out there that would use our love for them against us by using it as a weapon to abuse us.
