Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I have to say I share much of the same thought process, especially in regards to the fact that negative and positive emotions are in all probability tied to learning and memory, and I should add that I’m of the firm belief that it’s our increasing rejection of this likely reality that is leading people to become increasingly addicted to highs and afraid of lows. Even though we should not be, because both play an important part in our growth!
