Interesting thoughts, Elicia, it is indisputable that we have a clear communication problem in society, and that we seemingly seem to have lost the ability to talk to each other without constant misunderstanding. The fact our language did evolve in a small world and yet now we live in a giant world likely will be playing a part in that, in fact, I touched upon the language problem and how outdated it is for the modern world, in a previous post of mine!

I don't know what the answer is, but, perhaps expanding the vocabulary and creating new words would help with the problem. It likely is already happening naturally but giving it a push might be a good idea.
