I think you've completely missed the point, perhaps it was poorly expressed in my previous comment.

Think of it like this, contraception is an advanced technology to build and distribute, it may not seem like it but it is, just imagine the complexity that goes into mass producing it and mass distributing it around the world, that creates complexity in society to build it and get it to people. People have to be educated in how to use it and we need people educated in how to build it and distribute it and to educate in its use. The technology and the distribution systems are constantly evolving and advancing meaning people need to constantly be educated to keep up.

Safe births, again, complexity because of all the technology and training that goes into the people and the technology that allows for those safe births. To keep ahead of the technology requires constant training on the new technology and as the technology advances that training becomes ever more complex.

Vaccines, require extremely advanced specialist to build and to distribute. That zoom technology that allows Remote access to classes, people have to be taught how to use it, and they have to buy the technology to be able to use it. The amount of complexity that goes into building the systems that allow zoom calls, which are continually advancing, adds constant new complexity.

The more advanced Technology becomes and the more rapid that advancement continues, the more difficult it is for people to keep up because the more knowledge people need to retain be able to utilise it and the more cost people need to spend to purchase it in the first place and then learn how to use it.

Technology is of course brilliant, that is indisputable. What is also indisputable is that technology creates cost and right now a lot of it is simply too complex for too many people. As such, the cost of the complexity that technology is creating is right now making the world a very expensive and complex place to live in where is it very easy to get left behind.

What we need to do is break that trend, we need to create a world where Technology starts making things less costly.
