I think you missed my point, my point about such issues sparking the chaos, was that the scumbags who incited it, were able to use the anger felt in the more deprived communities to give the toerags an excuse to riot and cause chaos.

So, it may have been the toerags who rioted but they stole the true anger from those communities as an excuse to do it. The tragic thing is, that because they have done so, it will likely further silence the communities on the subject, leaving them to continue to pay the price in silence, only for it to erupt again at some point, no doubt when some other malicious actors try to use it to their advantage.

As history shows, the innocent more often pay for the guilty unfortunately.
