Apologies, nationalisation is a colloquial where I'm from that also means basically a country embarking on mass internal trade. So whereas globalisation is setting up mass global trade networks, nationalisation is setting up mass internal trade networks. No dictionary would ever say it means that.
And as it's not widely used outside the circles I operate in, thanks for pointing that out. I've altered the text to now say mass internal trade networks so people better understand what it means.
