A very good point, great post, Elicia! One of the things we really need to work a lot harder at, is liberating more minds so that they can show the world what they have to give. There is so much giftedness out there, so many geniuses and innovators, so many unique thinkers, and we miss the vast vast majority of them.

That's why I'm a big fan of AI and robotics, the more we can allow AI and robotics to do the mundane type of work, the more freedom we will have to liberate people's minds so that they can unlock their creativity, and what makes them unique, and give that to the world.

Just imagine what the world would look like, if every person got a great education and got to focus on being an innovator, being a thinker, being a creative, being an analyst in the way they want to analyse things, imagine if everyone could follow the path of their own mind, just how much innovation, and genius we could find. It would be a revolution like none ever before.

Just think about it, we built this world on the innovative ideas on a tiny minority, so imagine what we could build with the innovative ideas of an entire population.
